Day 1: Nobody knows exactly when it started. George Washington was woken by screams. Usain Bolt by silence, which is worse. Megatron didn't sleep at all. Hippocrates was stitching a wound when the first window shattered. Bobby Flay was cooking pasta when the neighbor tried to eat them. R2-D2 was dismantling a radio when the antenna picked up the last official message: "Stay home." Homer Simpson heard nothing, they were already running. They found each other at the main street intersection. Since then, they haven't left each other's side.
